FHA 2027 at a glance
FHA – Food & Hospitality Asia is a food, beverage and hospitality trade show and exhibition in Singapore. The 2027 edition runs from 20 to 23 April 2027 at Singapore EXPO, and it is the 49th edition. FHA groups its show floor into two parts:
Food & Beverage
beverage, convenience food, dairy, fine food, fresh produce, halal, international selection, meat and poultry, seafood, snacks and confectionery, sustainable food future, and wine and spirits.
HoReCa
bakery and pastry, coffee/tea/bar, foodservice and hospitality equipment, foodservice technology, hospitality technology, and tableware and hospitality supplies.
New for 2027:
FHA Manufacturing
ingredients, processing, automation and packaging.
Private Label
for retailers and brands looking for private label products.
Travel Catering
inflight, onboard and lounge products for airline and cruise buyers.
FHA Immersive Drinks
and FHA Chefs' Festival.
IndusFood Asia, which launched at FHA 2026, returns with a larger presence. The 2027 hall plan is not published by the organiser as of 19 Oct 2026. The organiser has a venue map page.
Who exhibits and who visits
Exhibitors include food manufacturers, suppliers, brand owners and technology providers. The 2026 edition had country pavilions from Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Americas.
The organiser says visitors are buyers, distributors and decision-makers from across the region. Its new zones also target retailers and private label buyers, and airline and cruise procurement teams. The organiser runs a Hosted Buyer Programme. That makes FHA a good fit for Singapore traders and re-exporters, who buy for markets across Asia, and for the exporters who want to reach them.

There are no direct sales during the event. FHA is a place to meet buyers and agree deals, not to sell stock on the floor.
How to visit or register
Visitors
register on the organiser's visitor registration page. The organiser says registration for FHA 2027 is open. Its FAQ says an on-site registration fee of SGD 100 per ticket applies. A pass covers all four days, plus seminars, competitions and workshops. The organiser does not state a price for online registration as of 19 Oct 2026.
Admission rules
wear your physical badge at all times. Badges can't be transferred. Business attire with covered shoes is required, and wheeled bags and trolleys are not allowed in the halls.

Planning checklist
For exhibitors
- Pick your segment early. The new Manufacturing, Private Label and Travel Catering areas draw different buyers.
- List target buyers by country: importers, distributors and retail chains.
- Check which of them already import your product, and from which countries.
- Confirm the HS code for each product, and check certificates (for example halal) for each market.
- Prepare prices, Incoterms, MOQs, shelf life and lead times.
- Plan lead capture at the stand. Expect buyers who speak many languages.
- Follow up within 48 hours, with one clear next step.
For visitors and buyers
- Register online before the show. A fee applies at the door.
- Check the admission rules: you must be 18 or older, wear business attire and bring no trolleys.
- Shortlist suppliers in the exhibitor directory by product.
- Check each supplier's export record before you meet.
- Plan days around the segments you need, plus any seminars.
